Nathan Zasler
Nathan Zasler MD is Founder, CEO & Medical Director of Concussion Care Centre of Virginia, Ltd., as well as Tree of Life Services, Inc. Dr. Zasler is board certified in PM&R, fellowship trained in brain injury and subspecialty certified in Brain Injury Medicine.
Sara Etheredge
Dr. Etheredge is a physical therapist who specializes in treating patients with headaches, neck pain and dizziness. Many of her patients have multiple diagnoses and complex needs. To meet the needs of her patients, Dr. Etheredge spends an hour, providing 1:1 care at each appointment. Dr. Etheredge’s patients will never be treated by anyone else.
Kendra Sheard
Dr. Sheard is an occupational therapist with experience in neurorehabilitation of physical, visual, and neurocognitive deficits as well as pain in the neurological patient population. Her treatment philosophy embraces both evidence-based neurorehabilitation techniques and lifestyle management strategies to promote patient recovery.
Jacqueline Theis
Jacqueline Theis, OD, FAAO is an optometrist with residency training in neuro-optometry, who treats patients with visual complaints and double vision due to brain injury and neurological disease.
