Physical Therapy Services
Concussion Care Centre of Virginia, LTD offers specialized physical therapy to help individuals heal and thrive after concussion. We focus on reducing symptoms, improving balance, and restoring cognitive and physical function, guiding you safely back to daily activities and the life you love. We also specialize in helping individuals with headaches, jaw disorders, and vertigo, whether triggered by an injury or not.
Each visit typically lasts for 45-60 minutes and includes evidence-informed personalized care. An integrative approach combining manual therapy, kinesiotaping, myofascial release, therapeutic exercise, and dry needling, along side modalities like neuromodulation (e.g. cefaly, relivion, vagal nerve stimulation) are used to aid in recovery.
Our practice has extensive experience working with worker’s compensation and the physical therapy clinic is located on-site with Dr. Zasler. Clients and case managers can be assured of continuous communication between therapist and doctor allowing timely communication of the plan of care or changes thereof. On-site physician consultation is also available if the need arises.
As with any provider at this practice, you are able to see Dr. Etheredge, without seeing anyone else in the practice. Patients and outside providers are able to independently refer to Dr. Etheredge.
